Job Title: Workday Integration Consultant (HCM/SCM)

Position: Contract 6-9 months +
Overview
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Workday HCM and/or SCM integrations , strong communication skills, and a background in healthcare systems preferably EPIC.
You will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and documenting Workday integrations, while also working closely with business stakeholders, system integrators, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless delivery and support.
Additional responsibilities include mentoring junior analysts and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum of 5-8+ years of Workday implementation and integration experience.
Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and/or SCM modules.
Proficient in Workday Studio, Advanced Reporting, and integration tools.
Experience integrating Workday with enterprise systems (ERP, EHR, Finance, etc.).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated experience working with business stakeholders, system integrators, and third-party vendors.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience integrating with EPIC Systems clinical healthcare platform.
Orchestration implementation experience as part of the Workday Developer suite.
Exposure to or experience with data conversion and legacy system migration.
What You Will Do
Design, develop, and test Workday integrations, primarily in HCM and SCM domains.
Build integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Web Services APIs.
Participate in integration orchestration design and implementation (preferred).
Collaborate directly with business teams, system integrators, and external vendors to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth deployment of integrations.
Create clear and thorough technical documentation and support handover activities.
Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide production support as needed.
Mentor junior Workday Analysts on integration best practices and tools.
Support data conversion efforts as needed in collaboration with external partners.
Compensation and Employment
The expected hourly rate for this position is $70 $90 per hour W2 depending on experience and qualifications.
