Job Title: Technical Scrum Master Locations: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite) Duration: Long Term Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, proven experience leading Scrum in complex and ambiguous environments, and a passion for Agile advocacy. This role requires the ability to facilitate technical discussions, collaborate with peer teams, and drive continuous improvement in both process and product delivery. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM). Minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, including leading teams in complex and ambiguous technical environments. Skills & Abilities: Strong technical background with the ability to engage confidently with technical teams and peer groups. Demonstrated experience facilitating Scrum in environments characterized by complexity and ambiguity. Excellent facilitation and communication skills, particularly in technical discussions. Ability to build relationships, foster trust, and resolve conflicts within and across teams. Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Proven ability to coach and mentor others in Agile and technical best practices. Passion for continuous learning, improvement, and Agile advocacy. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS). Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. Experience working in Banking Domain.
