JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a skilled Structural Welder to join our manufacturing team. This role involves fabricating and welding structural components according to blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience with MIG and/or TIG welding, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety in a fast-paced production environment. Reporting directly to the Assembly Supervisor, this position is based in Millington, Maryland.

Competitive Compensation : $20-24 based on experience
WHAT YOU’LL DO - Weld structural components and assemblies using MIG welding techniques.
- Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and mechanical drawings.
- Set up and operate welding machines and tools as needed.
- Perform layout, fitting, and tack welding of structural components.
- Inspect completed welds for accuracy, quality, and conformance to specifications.
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with material handling, cutting, grinding, and other fabrication tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and quality control staff.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or welding certification preferred.
- 2+ years of structural welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication setting.
- Proficient with MIG and/or TIG welding; Stick welding experience a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and welding blueprints.
- Familiar with welding codes, standards, and inspection requirements.
- Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
