• Pick up and re-deliver customer vehicles from their home or place of business
• Interact with customers and document their service requests
• Maintain cleanliness of service department
• Use extreme caution when driving vehicles
• Fuel vehicles as needed
• Washing vehicles as needed
• Use a mobile device to document trips and vehicle condition
• Assist Service Staff/ Managers with various tasks as needed
• Provide support to other departments and employees as necessary
• Maintain a friendly and professional rapport with both internal and external customers

• Excellent driving record preferred
• Dependable and reliable self-starter
• Outgoing and energetic personality
• Ability to work well independently and in a fast paced team environment
• Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions preferred
