POSITION SUMMARY
We’re seeking two skilled and motivated SEO Managers to support the execution of strategic SEO campaigns across a diverse client portfolio. This role collaborates closely with the SEO Director and will focus on driving organic performance through hands-on technical SEO, on- and off-page optimization, keyword research, content development, and SEO reporting.

Ideal candidates will have a solid agency background, strong analytical capabilities, and a passion for staying ahead of SEO and search technology trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute SEO strategies designed to improve client rankings and drive organic traffic growth

  • Manage and prioritize multiple SEO campaigns across various industry verticals

  • Interpret SEO data and deliver actionable insights with a storytelling mindset during reporting

  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on client calls and presentations

  • Develop channel strategies based on keyword trends, SERP behavior, and search opportunity analysis

  • Conduct technical SEO audits and site performance evaluations

  • Create and deliver comprehensive SEO deliverables (technical insights, keyword strategies, content recs, etc.)

  • Perform competitive analysis, content gap analysis, and backlink assessments

  • Recommend and develop SEO-optimized content using both AI-powered tools and manual editing

  • Incorporate the latest technologies and SERP enhancements into strategic recommendation

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on SEO (agency experience strongly preferred)

  • Strong grasp of SEO fundamentals, algorithm updates, and technical optimization best practices

  • Proficiency in keyword research and backlink analysis tools

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as Screaming Frog or similar

  • Ability to independently develop SEO strategies based on data-driven insights

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously

  • Strategic, curious, and solutions-oriented mindset

  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Search Generative Experience is a plus
