Job Description

Are you passionate about sales and eager to dive into the world of real estate? We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant. This is a fully remote, base plus commission role where no prior real estate experience is required—just a strong desire to succeed in sales!

What You'll Do:

Follow up on leads and evaluate properties to identify potential acquisitions
Negotiate property acquisitions and dispositions to close deals
Conduct thorough due diligence on all potential acquisitions and prepare contracts for final approval
Estimate repairs and assess the After Repair Value (ARV) and As-Is value of properties
Meet with homeowners to present offers and help them through the sales process
Collaborate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title agents during the closing process

About You:

You have 4+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success
You're a top performer, consistently ranking in the top 10% of sales staff in previous roles
You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and are comfortable with technology (Microsoft Office)
You have experience achieving and exceeding sales quotas through phone-based sales
A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required
