A good fit for this position would be someone who has worked in an auto parts warehouse environment.  If you have this experience, or a good amount of experience operating stand-up forklift for order picking, please apply today!   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Following established methods and procedures must be able to perform, but not limited to the following operations necessary for picking or stocking orders Pick orders from computer-generated invoices. Knowledge of general warehouse operation and experience picking orders. Use and be familiar with Powered Industrial Trucks (stand-up, reach truck, cherry picker) - prior experience required Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor. Complete tasks as directed by line leaders, supervisors, and manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision. Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations. Must be able to work as part of a team. Minimum Requirements: Daily tasks are highly variable with involvement in all parts of the shipping department. Ability to shift attention and focus between tasks as needed is required. ~2 years stand-up forklift experience ~ High School Diploma or GED ~ High attention to detail ~ Excellent interpersonal skills ~ Excellent safety record ~ Excellent Attendance Essential Physical Functions: Able to lift 60 lbs. Regularly required to stand, bend, and reach Work performed in a fast-paced shop environment.
