a Office Manager
Position type: Fulltime/Contract
Location: Pittsburgh PA
Duration: 12+ Months
Shift times – M-F 8 AM-5PM, 3 day minimum in the office but there are weeks 5 days may be required. As
a Office Manager you will:
Description:
- 80+ headcount Timecard Approval, Correction, Holiday Management.
- Distribution of communication and announcements within the SBU.
- Maintenance of employee adds, changes, & removals within systems and distribution lists.
- Responsible for the ordering and distribution of awards, retirement gifts.
- Manage the sales representative car upgrade process.
- Provide meeting support with preparation of location, food and beverages, attendance and other necessary items.
- National Sales Meeting forum support.
- Sales Rep On-boarding materials and coordination.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $23.00- $25 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
