To this end, Honda strives to realize "the joy and freedom of mobility" by developing new technologies and an innovative approach to achieve a "zero environmental footprint."We are looking for qualified individuals with diverse backgrounds, experiences, continuous improvement values, and a strong work ethic to join our team.If your goals and values align with Honda's, we want you to join our team to Bring the Future!Job Purpose Support knowledge capture and sharing systems within frame design division to ensure efficient use of manpower while testing new methods that can be shared across the entire company to facilitate continuous improvement.Key Accountabilities Support existing knowledge management initiatives including creation, maintenance and support of SharePoint, Excel-based systems and other MS365 tools (including MS Teams)Support associates with coaching and trainingCreate training and communication materialAssess knowledge management opportunities within the divisionLead new Knowledge Management initiatives within the divisionReport updates and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to Knowledge Management and Design LeadershipQualifications, Experience, and Skills Minimum Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in knowledge management, scientific research, information technology, information management, or similar fieldMinimum Experience: 0-4 years of relevant experience, based on educationOther Job-Specific Skills:Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and M365, or similar content management platformsStrong knowledge and inclination with Microsoft ExcelTechnologically savvyExcellent organization skillsExceptional presentation and communications skills (both written and verbal)Excellent interaction skills with highly technical employees / Subject Matter ExpertsWorking Conditions Majority of work is performed on a computer in an office environment. Requires virtual presentations and some in-person presence to support with coaching/training department associates when beneficial. 0-5 hours/week overtime as needed.
