Job Opportunity: IT Staffing Account Manager

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Staffing Account Manager for a full-time, hybrid role in McLean, VA. This position involves sales, account management, business development, and client relationship management within the financial services and banking industries.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 per year, with earning potential exceeding $200,000 depending on experience and performance. Benefits include health insurance, unlimited vacation, and a 401(k) plan.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop new business and expand existing accounts.
  • Attend local networking events and customer meetings, with travel as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in the IT Staffing industry, including knowledge of IT Staffing, Professional Staffing, and SOW.
  • Strong sales and account management experience.
  • Experience working with MSPs and attending industry events.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Business development skills and experience selling into Media, Pharma, or BFSI sectors.
