Position Title: HVAC Sales Representative

Location: Garden Grove, CA 92843

Schedule: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday and every other Saturday

Work Location: On the road

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Establishing customer rapport with products and services
• Forming accurate and complete sales proposals
• Helping to facilitate post-sale transitions with installation managers and installers
• Educating prospective customers on the superior quality products/services
• Continually call on assigned accounts by company policy and procedure
• Conducting follow-up with existing sales bids and leads
• Maintaining customer information updated in the CRM Program
• Participating in training on the latest industry technologies
• Supporting team members and peers to achieve KPIs

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• At least two years of direct sales experience required, preferably in-home services
• Demonstrated success in direct owner sales, preferably within the HVAC, commercial mechanical systems, or IAQ industry
• Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating preferred
• Customer Service experience
• Excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Experience in working with large ticket items
• Strong presentation skills
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Excellent time management skills
• A strong team player with the willingness to learn new procedures and skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Neat, clean-cut appearance
• Willingness to pass a background check and drug test
• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short or no notice
