We are seeking a highly motivated Facilities Janitor I to maintain our administrative and common plant facilities. Essential Duties

• Utilize a floor scrubber to keep floors sparkling clean.
• Empty garbage cans and dispose of waste properly.
• Stock soap and paper towel dispensers.
• Maintain and manage cleaning supplies.
• Clean and charge the floor scrubber as needed.
• Ensure all restrooms are clean and well-stocked.
• Coordinate cleaning of rugs and overcoats with vendors.
• Vacuum and tidy common areas.
• Support janitorial tasks in other departments as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Work Schedule

• 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
• Day shift only.
• On-site work at our facility.
