Program Manager with 15 to 20 yrs of IT Industry experience with strong technical background
Should have strong Delivery Management experience managing Large and complex Transformation programs
Ability to analyze current operating models and define Target state Delivery model, work with multiple stakeholders in defining the Transformation Roadmap
Strong Analytical skills ability to define Team Structure Delivery Metrics SLAs Delivery Process
Should have good Knowledge of usage of AI within Delivery
Good interpersonal skill and communication skills

Compensation range: $ 140,000.00 to 150,000.00 per year
