Our client a manufacturing company/paper mill is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. **Job Title: Customer Service Representative** **Location: Camarillo, CA** **Pay Range: $25hr** **What's the Job?** + Works with less complex accounts and assumes responsibility for entering and maintaining customer order fulfillment system utilizing word processing and spreadsheet applications. + Routinely receives direction and guidance from supervision and seasoned team members. + Monitors the order process to ensure that customer deliveries are made according to commitments and within forecast allocation. + Responds to customer inquiries and requests. Prepares clear concise reports documentation and routine customer correspondence internally and externally under the guidance of supervision and seasoned team members. + Participates in team environment and performs team-specific activities to ensure efficient account coverage. **What's Needed?** + 1-2 years experience required + Must pass background check, drug screening.
