Cap-Tech Performance Management Analyst - 2291809 EMPLOYER: United HealthCare Services, Inc. JOB TITLE: Cap-Tech Performance Management Analyst LOCATION: 9700 Health Care Lane, Minnetonka, MN 55343 DUTIES: Design and implement performance testing framework leveraging open-source technologies. Develop, execute, and analyze performance tests with complex workload and large simulated test datasets for distributed system. Perform the analysis of relationships between the non-functional requirements and key performance metrics. Partner with team members to provide technical guidance on creating performance test solutions to meet critical business objectives. Collaborate with Development, Business Analysts and the Product Owners to ensure project success. Setup test environment and test data required to execute performance & Chaos tests. Prepare and present performance benchmarks, best practices, test results, comparisons, and analysis from various sources including network traffic, server logs, application logs, and security event logs. Provide day to day technical guidance and hands-on help to other engineers on the team. Analyze performance results meaningfully to identify performance bottlenecks and suggest optimizations for our systems. Create reports on performance trends to help developers identify and address performance issues. Drive a continuous improvement mentality to deliver robust performance testing strategies and methods. Identify transactions and workflows and calculate workload TPS goals and rates. Identify bottlenecks, and where they are occurring. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S. REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a technology-related occupation. Position requires 2 years of experience in the following: - CPU, memory, storage, network and soft resources; - Java, Spring boot Framework, Microservice Architecture, Oracle, Snowflake, RHEL/Linux systems and Shell scripting; - Azure, Kubernetes, on-premises server configuration, Disaster Recovery, Grafana, OpenShift environment and public and private clouds operations; - Test modelling, Workload Modelling, Apache JMeter, Load Runner, Postman, Wireshark, Fiddler, Cucumber, Jenkin, and GitHub; - Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Elasticsearch, Code Profiling, Performance tuning, Database tuning, Server modelling, and Capacity planning; - C, C++, Java, XML, JavaScript, Python, and Groovy; - SOAP UI, Selenium, Tableau, and UFT; - SQL Server, Mongo DB, SAP HANA and My SQL; - Windows, Linux, Unix, and Android; - AWS, Open Shift Environment, PCF, and OpenStack; - New Relic, CA Introscope, and Wireshark.
