Bell Attendants are in constant communication with the Front Office and Valet to ensure guests are escorted and their luggage and personal items are transported to and from the guest rooms efficiently.  It’s important to ensure that guests are comfortable with accommodations and are familiar with room offerings and features.  This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and hotel or local recommendations. 

Wage: The hourly range for this opportunity is $17 per hour.  This role is eligible for service charges, and gratuity. Alila Ventana Big Sur is an all-inclusive resort which means select positions such as this are eligible to receive a service charge payout ranging from $200-$300 per week *subject to change based on business levels.

Shift: Shift times are mainly evening shifts either 2pm to 10pm or 3pm to 11pm. Weekends are required. This is a part time position at 32 hours a week.

• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, and holidays
