Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Gym Manager to join our client's team. This is a full-time position for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about Jiu Jitsu, excels in customer service, and possesses strong leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach both adults and children in Jiu Jitsu.
  
• Manage and support staff while fostering a positive team environment.
  
• Ensure an outstanding customer experience for all members.
  
• Handle administrative tasks efficiently.
  
• Conduct community outreach initiatives to promote the academy.
  
• Drive membership sales and contribute to the academy’s growth.
  

Requirements

• Jiu Jitsu Rank – Must hold a Purple, Brown, or Black Belt (no other martial arts will be considered).
  
• Customer Service Experience – Any prior customer-facing role is acceptable.
  
• Technical Skills – Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, MindBody, and GoHighLevel is required.
  
• Coaching Experience – Preferred but not mandatory; exceptional communication skills are highly valued.
  
• Educational Background – A college degree is preferred but not required; we seek individuals who have demonstrated commitment and dedication in their pursuits.
  

Benefits

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting salary of $42,000, which includes base salary, profit-sharing, and earnings from private lessons.
  
• Benefits available after 90 days, including 50% health insurance coverage and full reimbursement for phone expenses.
  
• Full-time position (40 hours per week).
