Job Description

Russell Tobin is seeking an Account Manager who will help drive the growth of our Retail Staffing Business.

The main function will be to identify, engage and sign new logos within an assigned region. Once signed, you would work to establish Russell Tobin as the preferred partner for our customers. Success would be measured through financial performance, including gross margin, headcount and overall client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Where possible, be out in front of current and prospective clients.
• Achieve gross profit, headcount and new client targets.
• Develop account and market penetration strategy across the geographical footprint
• Focus on achieving performance goals around job requirements filled, timeliness, quality, compliance and customer service
• Work closely with recruiting team to ensure execution on sales influenced staffing requirements
• Identify additional business opportunities within existing clients and new target clients to sell other services within our suite of workforce solutions

Requirements:

• Past track record of success in Business Development and Account Management within the Staffing Industry, preferably within the retail markets.
• High energy individual with sense of ownership of work assigned and the ability to balance individual performance and team performance
• A highly disciplined individual that can be process oriented.

Compensation:

Total Compensation - $95,000 - $115,000 (Base+Incentives+Bonuses)
